Stampin’ Up! Side Flap Fun Fold

Had a card class just yesterday and we made a very pretty fun fold that I want to share with you. It has a wonderful focal point by die cutting from the gorgeous Velvet Meadow SDSP with the coordinating Flowering Meadow Dies – and using the Scalloped Blooms Dies for background. I hope you like 😊

And here’s the inside… and the photo beside it shows the flap raised

The sentiments on the inside and on the flap are made with thew hot foil system & the Sweetly Sentimental hot foil dies. LOVE, LOVE.

And here are the deets for making this card…

The card base is 9 1/2 x 4 1/4 scored at 4 & 7 1/2 (Thick Basic White)
With the short side at the top with the last score line near top, place the paper at the 1 1/4 mark on the right side of the trimmer and CUT BETWEEN THE SCORE LINES
Without removing the paper, simply move it to the 1 1/2 mark on the left of the trimmer & CUT BETWEEN SCORE LINES
Turn the paper 90 degrees to the LEFT and score at 4″ both ABOVE AND BELOW THE CUT LINES
Leaving the paper in place but moving to the 3 1/2″ mark, SCORE THE CENTER SECTION
Burnish & fold score lines like this: with the 7 1/2″ score line on the left, mountain fold (folding back on itself); the 3 1/2 score (center section) is also a mountain fold; the two 4″ score lines above & below the cut sections are valley folds; the last is the center section only as a valley. From the top it should look like the photo below

Add a 1 3/4 x 4″ strip of DSP to the end section (I used the back side of a piece of the Velvet Meadow that has a Basic Beige design)
Cut a panel of Basic White 3 3/4 x 8 & score at 4; with the fold at the top, add this panel to the wide side section of the card base; decorate it’s front with the same DSP from Velvet Meadow SDSP – 3 1/2 x 3 3/4

Next step is to decorate:

Die cut two scallop pieces using the Scalloped Blooms dies & Basic White: maybe 3rd from smallest (approx. 2 3/4″)
Die cut one scallop piece from Berry Burst: maybe 2nd from smallest (approx 2″)
Adhere the berry burst piece to one of the larger Basic White scallops.
Die cut the double flowers from the Velvet Meadow SDSP using the appropriate die in Flowering Meadows Dies. Fussy cut at least one more flower – adhere these to the Scallop pieces with dimensionals. Fussy cut several leaves to add to the back of the flowers with liquid glue.
Tie a double bow with the Bubble Bath 1/8″ ribbpn (ONLINE EXCLUSIVE) and use Baker’s Twine in White to make a knot. Secure in place with a glue dot slipping it under the flowers.
Add this to the center section of the fold with liquid glue – see photo above for placement
Add five embellishments in Berry Burst
Add additional scallop to the front of the ‘flap’, trimming one side so the card closes properly
Do the hot foil for the sentiments using the pink foil, Basic Beige card stock and the Sweetly sentimental hot foil dies. Add sentiments appropriate to your occasion – there are several in this from which to choose! I trimmed and added one to the scallop on the flap, then added another to the inside of the flap portion of the card. I also added a trim at the bottom of the inside flap – from the Velvet Meadow SDSP
For the envelope… more Velvet Meadow SDSP (2 1/4 x 6) cut, adhered & trimmed to fit the flap. For the front of the envelope, I adhered a fussy cut flower from the SDSP to the edge.

Stampin’ Up! Wild Bunch Fun Fold for Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Hello & happy Tuesday! Welcome to our hop… the theme is a fun fold card so you’ll see lots of creativity today. If this little snail doesn’t make you smile, I don’t know what will! It’s just plain c-u-t-e! So this is really a Bookmark Side Panel Card. And that bookmark is on the right with the 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon in Hydrangea Hue. It slips in & out of that small embossed ‘sleeve’ (this was as scrap I had from …..) The card base is Hydrangea Hue & the DSP is Painted Patterns 2026-2028 In Color, Hydrangea Hue.

How to make this card…

card base is 8 1/4 x 5 1/2
- with short side at the top at the 1″ mark on the right side of the paper trimmer, cut from 1 to 5 1/4″; repeat on opposite side
- with long side at top, score in between the cut lines 1, 2, & 5 1/4. Burnish score lines
- with same long side at top, score @ 4 1/4 on the outside edges of the cut lines.
- with same long side at top, score @ 6 1/4 the full 5 1/2″ (the bookmark will fit between 6 1/4 & 8 1/4 area)
- cut & scored, it will look as in the top/down photo below

To decorate with DSP:

cut DSP 4 x 5 1/4 & 1 3/4 x 5 1/4 – trim these leaving 3/4″ in shape of squared C – (with short side @ top & line up @ 3/4″ on right side of trimmer, cut from 3/4 to 4 1/2; repeat for the other two sides
cut 2 – 3 x 3 1/4 for panel insert on front & back of card
cut 1 1/2 x 5 for bookmark
3/4 x 1 3/4 ‘sleeve’ for bookmark (mine is an embossed strip)
2 1/4 x I 6 for envelope flap

Basic White panels:

cut 2 – 2 3/4 x 3 for stamping (front) or for your own words (back)
1 1/2 x 5 for bookmark

The above photo is the back of this card.

To decorate the small Basic White panels: stamp the snail in Memento black ink and color with Stampin’ Blends with Crumb Cake. The sentiment is stamped in Hydrangea Hue and comes from the same stamp set as the snail – Wild Bunch – a SU! June POTM (Product of the month). The checkered portion is also in Crumb Cake ink and from the Wild Bunch stamp set. The front of the envelope is stamped the same way, all across the bottom. This is just so friendly and could be masaculine or feminine – and could be for a child also!

Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Hot Foils Fun Fold with Valley in Blooms DSP for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Welcome welcome. Oh it is so energizing to try new products and new fun folds, etc. etc. I think we have a treat for you today.

Let’s look more closely at this card with some other photos.

What’s neat about this fun fold is the way it opens and flips or flaps one way or the other while the center remains intact. It’s hard to describe, but it can close either way & it fits in a standard A2 envelope.

How to make this card… and it might help to do a template first! This is called a flip-flap card.

Card base is 6 3/4 x 5 1/2. Mark all four sides lightly with a pencil at the 1 1/4″ mark.
With the long side at top, score at 2 3/4 & 4″ both above & below the 1 1/4″ mark
With the long side at top and the right edge at the 1 1/4 mark on the right side of the paper trimmer, cut from 1 1/4″ to 4 1/4″ (or the pencil mark). Follow this with long side at top for the opposite side.
With short side at top & the right edge of paper at the 1 14″ mark on the right side of the trimmer, cut from 1 1/4″ to 2 3/4″. Flip paper over & with short side at top, do same on opposite end.
You have now connected the cuts, leaving the center held at top & bottom between the scored areas of 2 3/4″ & 4″ 😀
Burnish the scores as mountain & valley.
Now you may decorate! Be sure to erase your pencil lines prior to adding your DSP pieces 😁 Long panels on both right & left are 1 1/8 x 5 3/8 (cut 2 for front & 2 for back. Add these with adhesive of choice. Short sections at top & bottom are the same dimensions: 1 3/8 x 1 1/8, 1 1/8 x orate.1 1/8 & 1 3/8 x 1 1/8. Cut 4 of each for both front & back. Adhere appropriately. The center section is 4 1/8 x 2 7/8 (cut 2 – one for front & one for back). Adhere & decorate.
You can see I used the Valley In Bloom 12×12 DSP & the Lily of the Valley stamp set for the one sentiment (to one of the nicest people I know) stamped in Garden Green ink. The colored butterflies were done using the Hot Foil machine on Willow White paper then colored after the foil process with Stamp[in’ Blends: Blackberry Bliss & Pool Party. The small foil dies were die cut from Gold Foil using the Butterfly Flight Dies. The happy birthday sentiment was made with the hot foil system using White Will & of course the gold foil for the system & heated then die cut – Classic Greetings Hot Foil Dies. All butterflies were added with dimensionals.

For the envelope…only the flap was decorated – using a pattern from the Valley In Bloom 12×12 DSP.

Stampin’ Up! Scenic Coast for a Fun Fold

Good morning… I’ve two cards for you today using the Sunset Coast suite of products – and they are another quick & easy fun fold. Pictures of this suite may be found in the May-August 2026 Catalog on pages 26-27.

Stampin' Up! Scenic Coast Suite fun fold

Since both of therse are made the same way, it’s easy to make a few at the same time.The card base is Night of Navy 8 1/2 x 5 12 scored at 1 1/2 & 4 1/4. Burnish these folds as a mountain, valley. In other words, that first score folds back on itself, making the card look like a backwards Z. The Scenic Coast 6×6 SDSP is cut 2 3/4 x 5 1/4, 1 1/8 x 5 1/4 , &non the lighthouse card an additional 2 7/8 x 5 1/4. The Basic White sentiment panels are 2 3/4 x 5 1/4 or 1 7/8 x 5 1/4.

For the die cuts: a 3 1/4″ square will die cut the lighthouse, or the Sailboat or the sun rays. An additional die was used to die cut the outside circle for the lighthouse – a Stitched Shapes Die, the largest.The birds were die cut from a scrap – it’s just one die for all three birds. The netting was cut from a Basic White about 2 1/2 x 2 3/4 and the seashells were die cut from Lemon Lolly and a Blending Brush with Pecan Pie ink to give them some dimension. The Sailboats were stamped in Melon Mambo and the waters in Balmy Blue. The sequins are the wonderful Sunset Sparkle Sequins that are part of the suite, matching the colors of the Scenic Coast 6×6 SDSP.

Stampin’ Up! Quick Fun Fold w/ Bloom Boutique DSP

Oh I love this fun fold – it’s so easy & just pops with elegance or fun, depending on the Designer Series Paper used. As in the heading, I’ve used the soft colors of the Bloom Boutique DSP from the March ONLNE EXCLUSIVES. The paper is all in the new 2026-2028 In Colors and I primarily focused on Hydrangea Hue. I also used one pattern in the 2026-2028 In Color Painted Patterns DSP.

I began with Thick Basic White 11 x 5 1/2 scored @ 1 3/4, 5 1/2, and 9 3/4. Burnish these mountain(it folds back), valley, valley(this one folds over). Layer for front: 3 5/8 x 5 3/8; layer for the fold back panel 1 5/8 x 5 3/8 & layer for the fold over panel: 1 1/8 x 5 3/8 (I used Hydrangea Hue in each case). DSP pieces are coordinating but all different: 3 1/2 x 5 14, 1 1/2 x 5 14, & 1 x 5 1/4. Attach to the card base. Now cut for the inside of the card… 3 1/2 x 5 1/4 & 1 x 5 1/4; the sentiment panel has a layer 3 7/8 x 5 1/4 + Basic White 3 3/4 x 5 1/8 or cut with the 2nd largest Perennial Postage Dies. Stamp the Basic White with a sentiment – I used Forever Florals stamp set (also a March ONLINE EXCLUSIVE) & Hydrangea Hue ink + WOW! Metallic embossing powder in gold (heat set of course)

Stampin' Up! Quick Fun Fold w/ Bloom Boutique, inside card

Now let’s decorate the front. Sometimes, this quick fun fold card uses a belly band, this one uses a ribbon instead – 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon in Hydrangea Hue, about 21″ worth. It’s attached to the front fold-over panel with Stampin’ Seal and under the sentiment banner. Sentiment banner: using the largest of the banner dies in the Forever Floral Dies, cut from Hydrangea Hue. Using the rectangular banner die from Forever Florals Dies, cut from Basic White & stamp the sentiment from the Forever Florals stamp set in Hydrangea Hue ink. Stamp a couple of small leaves from this same stamp set in Hydrangea Hue, stamp the veins in VersaMark ink and sprinkle with WOW! Metallic Gold embossing powder & heat set. Die cut with the appropriate leaf die in Forever Florals Dies. Add the Basic White sentiment banner to the blue banner with dimensionals. Position the die cut leaves & adhere. Now stamp three flowers in Hydrangea Hue ink on a Basic White scrap & die cut. Add these with dimensionals to the leaves. Add the banner with liquid glue over the ribbon on the fold over panel. Tie the ribbon in a bow & done! Stunningly beautiful, easy on the eyes. With these particular colors and this DSP, this could not only be a thinking of you kind of card, but also a sympathy card.

Envelope… more of the Bloom Boutique DSP on the flap & trimmed to fit. On the front, another leaf stamp in the Forever Florals stamp set stamped in Hydrangea Hue, then the veins stamped in VersaMark ink, sprinkled with WOW! Metallic Gold embossing powder & heat set. YES! This card is ready to send!!!

Stampin’ Up! Opulent Oasis & Berry Botanical Vellum Paired with a Fun Fold

Good morning! Oh my goodness, we have such a beautiful day here on the Jersey coast. It’s only going up to 75 (now 60) and the humidity is low – I’m in heaven. Today’s card is a bit of that as well. So here ya go…

Isn’t this pretty? And so incredibly easy!!! Here are the basics… the card base is 11 x 5 1/2 scored @ ! 3/4, 5 1/2, & 9 3/4 – mountain, valley, valley. Layer W/ DSP: 2 @ 3 1/2 x 5 1/4, 1 1/2 x 5 1/4, & 2 @ 1 x 5 1/4. Basic White panel is 4 x 5 1/4 & stamped with the Opulent Oasis stamp set in Bubble Bath & Strawberry Slush stamped off once, leaves are in Peaceful Pine. The belly band is 1 x 10 & wrapped around loosely and secured in front. I used the Sweet Words Dies, Basic White & another piece of the Vellum to create the background for the flower & adhered over the secured Belly Band. The flower is stamped in Bubble Bath & strawberry Slush stamped off once using the Opulent Oasis stamp set then die cut with the corresponding dies. Leaves were die cut from Peaceful Pine using the Opulent Oasis Dies. The leaves were attached with liquid glue to the back of the flower, and the flower attached to the banners with dimesnionals. In the center are several Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels.

For the envelope front … The same Opulent Oasis flower stamped in Bubble Bath & Strawberry Slush stamped off once. Center color is Daffodil Delight.

Stampin’ Up! Violets Fun Fold for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Welcome, welcome. We have a wonderful floral challenge for us today & I’ve chosen a new, soon to be released July ONLINE Exclusive to use in this shutter card. The Framed Violets bundle is part of the Violet Dreams Suite of products: Adhesive-Backed Blooms, 1/4″ Satin Ribbon in Fresh Freesia, Violet Dreams 12×12 DSP & the Framed Violets bundle already mentioned.

When looking at this card, notice the stamped sentiment on Basic White, then notice below the stamped sentiment on Hydrangea Hue – that’s all part of the slider mechanism. It is so cool in person!

How to make this card… notice there are two colors used on this card, a light color (Hydrangea Hue) & a Basic White and there are two panels of the Hydrangea Hue.

Front Panel: Color 1 – 4 14 x 8 1/4 scored at 5 1/2. The smaller section is what creates the shuttle or ‘slider’ of the card. Cover the larger section with DSP cut 4 x 5 1/4. Use a 2″ hole punch to create the opening on the front side. Center Panel: this is Secret Sea – 4 1/4 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4. Add a 4 x 4 DSP to each side. With the fold to the left, place so this panel is flush with the right edge of the card front; hold in place, trace the 2″ circle, then punch the 2″ circle where marked. Close this Secret Sea piece & trace the circle to the right side of the Secret Sea (see the floral pattern in the open card), punch the 2″ circle again using the tracing to line up.. There should now be three circles: front and both sides of the Secret Sea inside panel. Adhere the backside of the left section of this folded panel to the inside of the front panel, matching edges so they are even. DO NOT TRY TO LINE UP WITH THE FOLD! Back Panel: The color of this panel should match that of the card front. In my case – Hydrangea Hue: 4 1/4 x 5 3/4 score at 5 1/2. Cut a Basic White piece about 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 and adhere close to the score line and that becomes the stamped sentiment we see with the card closed. Do not adhere just yet :O) First, burnish the score line well, fold it inwards and add adhesive along the 1/4″ fold. With the folded edge in, add to the center panel even with the right edge of that panel. It will look like the photo at left, below. Now add the Basic White piece so it fits behind the opening and can be stamped. (yes, mine is a circle cut with the Stitched Shapes Dies). Now add adhesive along that score line as shown in photo at right and close card. This keeps the card from being floppy.

Now you may do your stamping sentiments. With the card closed, stamp on the Basic White panel – that’s what shows when the card is closed. For my car rd I stamped in Gorgeous Grape ink and used the sentiment from the Framed Violets stamp set. Open the card and stamp on the ‘slider’ portion. Again, Gorgeous Grape ink and the sentiment is from Framed Violets stamp set.

Now it’s time to decorate the various layers: To create the ‘frame’ around the circle I used a 2 3/8 circle punch and a 2″ circle punch and adhered it to the front & one on the right inside circle as well. card front: I used the Framed Violets Dies to die cut the violets from Basic White then colored the violets using Stampin’ Blends in Highland Heather. I used the tiniest of the Rhinestone Basic Jewels for the flower centers. The leaves arew die cut using the Framed Violets Dies and Peaceful Pine. I added the flowers & leaves with dabs of glue then added the bow with a glue dot: 1/4″ Satin Ribbon in Fresh Freesia (part of the suite). The additional gems are Adhesive-Backed Blooms that add that final touch of sparkle. Love these!

And below is the card & envelope – this sweet, sweet violet from the Framed Violets stamp set stamped in Memento ink then colored with Highland Heather & Peaceful Pine Stampin’ Blends. The same pattern of DSP from Violet Dreams 12×12 was added to flap & trimmed to fit. This becomes such a beautiful gift to a birthday gal – all by itself. Love!!

Stampin’ Up! W/V Fun Fold with Silly Old Bear

Good morning, good morning! It is a bleak looking day here today – cloudy, overcast, 55 degrees. Of course 2 days ago it was 94! We made this card two weeks ago in card class & I forgot to post it 😖. It is so cute… Silly Old Bear DSP, Hundred Acre Woods embossing Folder & coordinating Sweet Words & Lab els bundle. These are all from the May ONLINE EXCLUSIVES.

Stampin' Up! Silly Old Bear May ONLINE W/V Fun Fold

I used the dies from Sweet Words & Labels to die cut this image straight from the Silly Old Bear DSP. The layer behind the DSP is Golden Glow card stock, one of the new In Colors for 2026-2028. I used Wink of Stella on the Balloon & Hydrangea Hue for stamping the sentiment from Sweet Words & Labels stamp set. Let’s look at the inside of the card so you can see the whole image.

The DSP layers here are all from the Silly Old Bear DSP – gorgeous aren’t they? And the card stock layers are Golden Glow. The card base is Very Vanilla and the embossed panel is also Very Vanilla, embossed with Hundred Acre Woods 3D embossing Folder as I mentioned earlier. The images for the V panel were fussy cut from the Silly Old Bear DSP & stamped with the Sweet Words & Labels stamp set: either Golden Glow or Hydrangea Hue.

Directions for a W/V fun fold:

The card base is 11 x 5 1/2 scored on the long side @ 1 3/4, 3 1/2, 5 1/4, & 7
Card stock layers 1 1/2 x 5 1/4 – cut 4; 3 3/4 x 5 1/4 + embossed panel 3 5/8 x 5 1/8
DSP layers 1 3/8 x 5 1/8 – cut 4, 2 different patterns
Die cut images from Silly Old Bear DSP using the Sweet Words & Labels Dies; die cut card stock layer for behind each image with next size larger die
Embossed the largest panel for the inside back – Hundred Acre Woods EF
Adhere Layers together & attach to card base
Cut another panel of card stock (here it is Very Vanilla) 6 x 3 & score on long side @ 3″; attache to front panel & last scored panel to create the V – see photo below. Decorate the right panel w/ card stock layer 2 3/4 x 2 3/4 then Very Vanilla layer 2 5/8 x 2 5/8. This last layer is stamped & decorated prior to attaching.

I love how this card turned out! And it can used for all kinds of reasons. I’m sending this to a friend who needs a little ‘pick me up’.

Stampin’ Up! Slider Card Fun Fold with Sneak Peek Products

Good morning! I’m so excited to share this card with you – it’s a beauty, I used some new products that will be coming out in the May-August 2026 Catalog that you can order on May 5.

The card base is Crisp Cantaloupe. Don’t you just love that name of a color? The layers are Peaceful Pine and various papers from the Bloom Boutique Specialty Paper Pack. The flowers & leaves come from a new bundle – Boutique Blossoms and the scalloped die cuts use the Scalloped Blooms bundle. Before I share all the details about how to make this card, let’s see the inside where the slider is.

More gorgeous paper shown here from the same Bloom Boutique SDSP. And the slider? That’s the sentiment panel – and it slips inside the panel on the right.

So, directions… I chose to do the inside first so let’s start there.

The card base is the standard 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored on the long side @ 2 3/4 & 6 3/4. Burnish the score lines as both will fold to the inside.
Cut the left DSP panel 2 1/2 x 5 1/4 and adhere
Cut the center DSP panel 3 3/4 x 5 1/4 and adhere
Fold the last panel inwards with a narrow line of adhesive at just the top & bottom (see photo)

Decorate this folded over section with contrasting card stock (Peaceful Pine 1 1/2 x 5 1/4) then an overlay of DSP (1 1/4 x 5)

Creating the Slider for the card:

Cut a piece of card stock same color as card base (Crisp Cantaloupe) 3 3/4 x 4 1/4 & score 1/2″ on short side. Burnish & add adhesive to the scored end
Add this to the left inside panel even with the DSP & equidistant top to bottom
Fold this to the right, add a stamped Basic White piece 3 x 4 to the ‘slider’ front, then slip it into the opening on the right (I stamped the sentiment in Peaceful Pine ink – new In Color! and the flowers in Crisp cantaloupe – also new In Color! The sentiment is from Scalloped Blooms & the flowers are from Boutique Blossoms)

Now let’s decorate the front, which is really only the left panel 😀 Cut a contrasting card stock (Peaceful Pine) 2 1/2 x 5 1/4 and a DSP panel 2 1/4 x 5. Add to card front.

Die cut two panels of Scalloped Blooms Dies (Crisp Cantaloupe & Basic White) Stamp the BW piece in Peace Pine ink using a stamp from the Scalloped Blooms stamp set
Stamp small flowers in Peaceful Pine ink & the medium flower outline stamp in Crisp Cantaloupe. Stamp the filler stamp for both flowers in Barely Blush ink (another new IN COLOR!) Use the Light Peaceful Pine Stampin’ Blend to add color to the leaves of the small flowers. Die cut & set aside.

Add each of these die cuts to the die cut scallops and attach to card front.
Final touch… add three (3) 2026-2028 In Color Dots

Envelope… Add another piece of the Bloom Boutique SDSP 2 1/4 x 6 to the flap & trim to fit. Stamp the front with flowers from the Bloom Boutique stamp set with Crisp Cantaloupe ink. YAY – this is ready to send to someone special!

Stampin’ Up! Pop-Up Book Fun Fold with Brushed With Beauty DSP

Brushed With Beauty is one of my all-time favorites. I just love the colors and the vibrancy and the nature images. I came across this fun fold the other day on Pinterest and just had to give it a ‘go’ using this paper. It coordinates with Petals of Beauty bundle & Words of Beauty bundle, as an ONLINE EXCLUSIVE back in November. I’m surprised the other but the same I have any remaining paper! I’m sharing two cards today using different patterns in this paper pack – each so different from the other but the very same fun fold.

Stampin' Up! Pop-Up Book Fun Fold, inside card 1

Card one is made with Darling Duckling for the card base and a layer of Early Espresso behind the DSP on the card front. I stamped and die cut leaf images using the Petals of Beauty bundle. The sentiment is from Words of Beauty stamp set & die cut using a Die from the coordinating bundle. The embellishments are Opal Rounds from the Mediterranean Blooms suite of products. On the inside, I again stamped in stamped off Early Espresso ink for the leaf image and full strength for the sentiment (Words of Beauty stamp set). I layered these Basic White ‘book pages’ with Early Espresso card stock.

For card 2 – remember it’s still the same Brushed With Beauty DSP pack. The card base here is Petal Pink and the DSP is layered on Mossy Meadow. The flower is die cut using the Petals of Beauty Dies: I stamped the flower in Petal Pink ink directly on the DSP & die cut the that, then die cut the white separately. The words are from Words of Beauty and die cut with the Dies: mossy Meadow for the shadow and Brushed with Beauty for the words themselves. For embellishments I used Low Profile Dots from Mixed Media Florals suite of products. On the inside, the words are stamped in Mossy Meadow ink using the Words of Beauty stamp set and the flower in Petal Pink ink with the Petals of Beauty stamp set and more Low Profile Dots.

Instructions how to make this card:

card base is 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
DSP is 5 1/4 x 8 1/4:
- with long side at top, score at 4 1/8, burnish gently
  - with short side at top, & DSP at 1″ mark, cut between 1″ & 7 1/4″, repeat for other side
    - with long side at top again, line up at 1″ & score between the long cuts at 1″ & 1 1/2″: repeat for other side. With long side still at top, score at 2″ in the upper & lower 1″ sections. Repeat for other side. Burnish all score lines gently… valley (1″), mountain (1 1/2″), valley (2″), mountain (for 1″ section; valley for center section), valley (other 2″ score), mountain (other 1 1/2 score), valley (final 1″ score.) It should look like photo below

With card base flat, adhere one ‘end’ on the DSP (between the 2″ and 1″ score lines): repeat for other end.
Close card so all score lines fold as required – see photo below

Now decorate:

Card front layers: card stock is 3 7/8 x 5 1/8; DSP layer is 3 3/4 x 5 & added to card front with dimensionals
Card inside layers: card stock is 2 1/2 x 3 1/8; Basic White is 2 3/8 x 3. ( I used a card stock layer only on the Darling Duckling card)

Card 1 – Brushed with Beauty DSP 2 1/4 x 6 in Darling Duckling pattern, attached to flap & trimmed to fit. On the front, the small leaf image is stamped off once Early Espresso ink.

Card 2 – Brushed with Beauty DSP 2 1/4 x 6 in floral pattern, attached to flap & trimmed to fit. On the front, the flower is first stamped full strength in Petal Pink ink with the outline flower stamp, then stamped with the full flower in stamped off Petal Pink ink.
