Stampin’ Up! Sneak Peek of Delicate Whispers from March Online Exclusives

Welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! We have a sketch challenge today & i’ve chosen to wirk with a new soon to be released March ONLINE EXCLUSIVE called Delicate Whispers. I’m using both the stamp set & the dies plus a couple of other fun products. Here’s my card…

Stampin' Up! Delicate Wishes Bundle, card front

Do you notice all those beautiful and delicate die cuts of leaves & fronds? They are from the Delicate Wishes Dies which are part of the Delicate Whispers Suite Collection to be released March 3.

Stampin' Up! Delicate Whispers Bundle, March ONLINE EXCLUSIVE

I began by die cutting all the pieces I wanted to use from the Delicate Whispers Dies using Nature Walk 12 x 12 DSP & the coordinating Natural Hues 12 x 12 from the January-April 2026 Mini Catalog pages 38-41. The Very Vanilla panel is the smallest of the Branching Out Dies, and cut down even more narrow for my purposes. The embossed panel is die cut from Nature Walk DSP using the Fragrant Layers Dies, a January ONLINE EXCLUSIVE. I embossed this piece using the Delicate Whispers stamp set, VersaMark ink and WOW! Gold Embossing powder & heat set it.

Layers:

  • Mossy Meadow card base 4 1/4 x 11 scored at 5 1/2
  • Very Vanilla 4 x 5 1/8 with Nature Walk DSP cut 3 7/8 x 5 and attached to i, then added to card base with dimensionals

I added the die cuts to the card front with liquid adhesive then attached the Very Vanilla die cut with dimensionals. The embossed banner was attached with Stampin’ Seal. Two Natural Matte Dots were added to the banner (part of the Delicate Dreams Suite Collection)

For the inside…

Stampin' Up! Delicate Wishes bundle, inside card

On the 4 x 5 1/4 Very Vanilla panel I added another of the die cuts from the Delicate Whispers Dies cut from Natural Hues 12×12. I stamped the sentiment from Delicate Wishes stamp set in Garden Green ink, added the rest of the Die cut banner from the Fragrant Layers Dies. The final step was stamping the beautiful frond from Delicate Whispers stamp set in Crumb Cake ink.

For the envelope…

Stampin' Up! Delicate Wishes card & envelope

I stamped the same delicate frond as on the inside of the card on the envelope front and added more of the Nature Walk 12×12 DSP to the flap – & one & done! This card fits so many possibilities: masculine, birthday, just a note, friendly hello – the list goes on. I hope when these items are available you will give them a ‘go’.

Stampin’ Up! Fragrant Layers for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Stampin' Up! Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop
Stampin' Up! Blog Hop challenge

Stampin' Up! Fragrant Layers card front

This card is just so bright & fresh looking to me. And I love all the texture. So… how to make this

  • The card base is Thick Basic White 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 & scored at 4 1/4
  • Using the second largest of the Perennial Postage dies, die cut a Basic White piece & stamp it with the large floral in Fragrant Layers stamp set with Memento Black ink.
  • Using the coordinating stamps in the Fragrant Layers stamp set, add color to the leaves: Old Olive, and color to the flowers: Calypso Coral.
  • Die cut more of the tiny flowers from Basic White, color the centers with Darling Duckling and add to the large flowers with liquid glue.
  • Add this panel to Lovely & Beautiful SDSP ( 3 5/8 x 4 7/8) that was attached to a Calypso panel 3 3/4 x 5. Put dimensionals on the back & add to the card front.
  • On a Basic Black strip, run the embossing buddy across the paper to remove any static and stamp the sentiment in VersaMark ink, sprinkle it with WOW! White Embossing powder & heat set.
  • Die cut this piece with the die in the Fragrant Layers dies, put dimensionals on the back and add to the card front.
  • Add embellishments to the flowers & on the card (5 in all) Iridescent Floral Gems
  • Add a bow with the white twine pulled apart and attach with a glue dot.
Stampin' Up! Fragrant Layers inside card

For the inside…

  • Add a 1/2 x 4″ strip of the Lovely & Beautiful SDSP to the bottom of the card
  • Stamp the flower in Memento ink (from Fragrant Flowers stamp set) & color with Calypso Coral ink
  • Stamp the leaf in Old Olive ink
  • I then put the Basic White panel on my scoring board and scored twice on the left – for more texture.
Stampin' Up! Fragrant Layers card & envelope

I used the same leaf stamp as on the inside of the card to stamp several leaves across the bottom of the envelope in Old Olive ink. I then added another strip of the Lovely & Beautiful SDSP to the flap & finis! I love the freshness of the completed card.

Stampin’ Up! Brushed with Beauty for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Welcome to the weekly Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We have a sketch challenge today and if you have come from Tara or just hopped right in here – glad you stopped by! You will get some fun ideas today so let’s begin…

Stampin' Up! Brushed with Beauty for sketch challenge

I began with Very Vanilla A2 size card. The floral pattern of the Brushed with Beauty is 2 x 4 and I adhered a thin strip (!/2 x 4) of another pattern from this package of DSP to the left side of the floral piece and adhered it to the card base – a 1/4″ edge on three sides. I then cut a piece of Crumb Cake 1 1/4 x 5 1/2 and stamped it with this fun pattern using the Beautifully Celebrated stamp set and Crumb Cake ink. I then adhered a strip of Mossy Meadow 1/2 x 5 1/2 to create the same edge as the upper panel & adhered it in place. I die cut the leaf from Mossy Meadow and set it aside while I made the sCake ink on a Very Vanilla strip 1/2 x 3 3/4. The leaf was added to the back of the stripn with liquid glue, then the strip added to the card front with dimensionals. As a final touch – three Pressed Flower Motifs were attached to bring it all together. These embellishments are an ONLINE EXCLUSIVE item from the Beautiful Gallery Suite.

Stampin' Up! Brushed with Beauty card inside

For the inside… Crumb Cake ink and items in the Beautifully Celebrated stamp set were stamped on the Very Vanilla insert (4 x 5 1/4)

Stampin' Up! Brushed with Beauty card & envelope

For the envelope… more of the Brushed with. Beauty DSP was attached to the flap & trimmed to fit. On the envelope front, the same leaf as on the inside of the card was stamped on the front – also in Crumb Cake ink. And there you have it – finis!

Now… time to see what others have created for today’s hop. Remember to check below on how to order from me, get those Bonus Days coupons, see the Product of the month and MORE! Make sure you visit Nicole – next on the list!

Stampin’ Up! New Covered in Flowers Accents Cards

Good, good morning. It was rainy here Saturday and I was able to play in my craft room. I had such fun playing with a new ONLINE EXCLUSIVE product released Jan 6. It’s called Covered in Flowers Accents. They are a laser cut sheet of flowers and leaves, cut from something other than paper, yet very thin and not as fragile as paper. They are stunningly gorgeous. Here are my four cards.

Stampin' Up! Covered in Flowers Accents, card 1
Stampin' Up! Covered in Flowers Accents, card 2

Stampin' Up! Covered in Flowers, card 3
Stampin' Up! Covered in Flowers Accents, card 4

You can see that I stuck with a certain color theme for all four cards, Timid Tiger and Cloud Cover. I used the same embellishments on each card, varying the color per the need: 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls, again in Timid tiger and Cloud Cover. On the first card I used Secret Sea. On the very last card I chose to use a Blending Brush to color the floral accent: Timid Tiger & Pumpkin Pie, the Granny Apple Green & Garden Green.

The sentiments on the card fronts : card 1 is from Fragrant Flowers stamp set, stamped in Secret Sea & punched out with the Three Banner Punch; card 3 sentiment is from Prayers & Promises stamped in Cloud Cover & die cut with Beautifully Celebrated Dies the inked the edges with Cloud Cover; card 4 front sentiment is from Banner Sayings stamp set in Cloud Cover ink and punched with the coordinating Three Banner Punch.

And here are each of the cards on the inside.

Stampin' Up! Covered in Flowers Accents card 1 inside
Stampin' Up! Prayers and Promises, card 2 inside

Stampin' Up! Prayers & Promises sentiment card 3
Stampin' Up! Prayers & Promises inside card 4

On each of the cards inside, I used a Blending Brush prior to stamping the sentiment. On the first card I used the punched out ‘frame’ as the template from the flower on the front and stamped the sentiment in Secret Sea ink using the Fragrant Layers stamp set. For the remaining three cards I stamped in Cloud Cover ink using various sentiments from Prayers & Promises stamp set.

Other products used to make these cards: Stripes Embossing Folder on card 1 and the Stone & Vine Embossing Folder on card 2. On card 3 I added Nature Walk 12×12 DSP to the full card front. All the cards use 2025-2027 In Color 6×6 DSP: card 1 – (3) panels cut 1 x 3 & layered to Timid Tiger 3 1/8 x 3 1/4; card 2 – 1 x 3 & 2 x 3 layered on Timid Tiger1 3/8 x 4 32/8 & 2 3/8 x 3 3/8; card 3 – 1 x 4 & 1/2 x 4; card 4 – 1/2 x 4 & 1 1/4 x 4. Each of the Basic White layers are 3 3/4 x 5. On card 4 there is an additional layer 3 7/8 x 5 1/8. Card bases are either 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4 or 4 1/4 x 11 scored at 5 1/2, making all card fronts 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. The inside layer is Basic White 4 x 5 1/4.

And here are the coordinating envelopes with the cards.

Stampin’ Up! Delicate Pines & Snowflakes for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good morning sweet friends – HAPPY THANKSGIVING! My prayer for you is that you are able to be thankful & grateful for your life and those in your life. Life is short – love fully & completely. Our life changes when we support one another & give back. Special blessings!

It’s hop time in the Inkin’ Krew world… and our theme is winter/ snow I had all kinds of ideas going through my head and ended with doing something quite traditional.

Stampin' Up! Delicate Pines & Snowflakes

The card base is Thick Basic White with a layer of Elegant Pines DSP covering the front of the card base. I then pulled out Lost Lagoon card stock & removed any particles with my embossing buddy and proceeded to stamp several snowflake images in VersaMark ink. I sprinkled these with WOW! White Embossing Powder & heat set it with my heat tool. I let that cool and stamped the pine needles in Lost Lagoon ink. I roughed the edges of the Lost Lagoon with my scissors and bent & curled some edges & attached it to the card front with dimensionals. I also stamped a Basic White strip with a sentiment from Delicate Pines in Lost Lagoon ink & snowflake & pine needles in Lost Lagoon and Old Olive inks. I added this fun Bordered Ribbon to the b ack of the sentiment strip & attached it to the Lost Lagoon front with dimesnionals. As a final touch I added these embellishments to the centers of several snowflakes.

Stampin' Up! Delicate Pines inside of card

For the inside… I fussy cut this snowflake from the Elegant Pines DSP and adhered it with liquid glue to a Basic White panel then stamped the sentiment from Delicate Pines stamp set in Lost Lagoon ink and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

Stampin' Up! Delicate Pines & snowflakes card & envelope

For the envelope I stamped this wonderful pine branch in VersaMark ink, sprinkled it with WOW! White embossing powder and heat set it with my heat tool. When dry I used my Lost Lagoon Stampin’ Blend to color the area over the snowflake for an emboss resist look. :O) I buffed it gently to remove ink from the embossing.

Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Greenery EF with Traditions of Christmas DSP

Embossing folders help create wonderful texture on a card and I’ve used the Peaceful Greenery embossing folder to do just that – it’s a great background embossing folder.

Stampin' Up! Peaceful Greenery w/ Traditions of C'mas card front

I’m leaving the photo in large format so you can really see the embossing folder & how that added texture really makes the. card – at least it does for me! Of course the wonderful die cut from the Traditions of Christmas SDSP is pretty special too. Add in the gold foil and the Traditional Sparkling Sequins and the card is a win/ win. To create the background the floral die cut sits on, I used the Label Me Grateful Dies to die cut from the center of the gold foil used to surround the Cherry Cobbler smaller panel. I cut it in half across the center and adhered a the Basic White die cut from the same Label Me Grateful Dies. The floral die cut is attached with dimensionals while everything else is added with adhesive directly to each layer. Those card cuts will be listed below.

Stampin' Up! Christmas Gallery inside card

For the inside of the card, I used the Christmas Gallery stamp set to stamp this gorgeous poinsettia in Cherry Cobbler ink and the leaves in Old Olive ink. In the center of the flower is another Traditional Sparkling Sequin in Gold. The Basic White panel was added to the inside of the card.

Stampin' Up! Peaceful Greenery EF w/ Traditonals of Christmas SDSP card & envelope

For the envelope, another panel of the Traditions of Christmas SDSP was added to the flap and another poinsettia & leaves was stamped on the envelope front, which I forgot to photograph!

Here’s the 2nd card… no embossing folder used and while it’s nice, I really prefer the card with the embossing folder. The inside and envelope had the same treatment – and I’ve left them in large format so you can see the difference. :O) Just curious – do you prefer one over the other?

Stampin' Up! Traditions of Christmas SDSP card & envelope

Card cuts:

  • Cherry Cobbler 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4; 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 (embossed); 3 18 x 4 3/8
  • Gold Foil 3 14 x 4 1/2 (center die cut banner)
  • Basic White 2 1/2 x 4 (banner); 4 x 5 1/4 (inside)
  • Traditions of Christmas SDSP – floral die cut from SDSP; 2 1/4 x 6 (envelope flap

Stampin’ Up! NEW Friendly Foliage in Greens

First of all, happy Veterans Day to all our veterans out there. Thank you for your sacrifices and service to our country. You are amazing human beings and I am so grateful. Big salutes to those who have served in the past, and to those currently serving – bless you… and your families, for they have served in a different way and suffered too. ❤️

Now – my card for today is a NEW November ONLINE EXCLUSIVE release called Friendly Foliage.

Stampin' Up! Friendly Foliage card front

This card has some layers… and begins with a card base in Pool Party with a layer of Nests of Winter DSP. The next two layers are Basic White and Woven Textures DSP. These all all attached directly to the card base. The next layers are attached with dimensionals: Basic White layered with another pattern in Nests of Winter then the Basic White stamped & die cut image from Friendly Foliage. This image is the focal point of the card… stamped in Shaded Spruce ink, die cut and attached with liquid glue. I then added Wink of Stella to all the leaves, bringing more attention to the pretty image. I splattered Wink of Stella to the entire card as well. While that was drying, I stamped the sentiment from Friendly Foliage in Pool Party ink on the Basic White strip and added it with dimensionals as well. Final touch… three Opal Rounds.

Stampin' Up! Friendly Foliage card inside

For the inside of my card I added a layer of Woven textures DSP as a background to my Basic White stamped panel. The sentiment is from Friendly Foliage stamp set and stamped in Pool Party ink. The sweet leaves are a die cut from the beautiful Friendly Foliage Dies.

For the envelope… more of the Nests of Winter DSP was added to the envelope – no naked envelopes for me.

Stampin' Up! Friendly Foliage card & envelope

Due to the colors, this is a definite feminine card. When I create with this next, I’m going to really try to make a more masculine one. When my hubby saw this card, he called the image pussy willows and I hadn’t thought of that. Pussy Willows are definitely brown, so next time, masculine, in brown tones. Card cuts for this card are listed below.

Stampin’ Up! Triple Panel Card with Thoughtful Journey DSP

Hello Saturday! I have two cards for you today – both Triple Panel Cards (my name for them :O) made with a single piece of the Thoughtful Journey DSP. Because of the colors that ebb and flow in this extraordinary DSP, each card has a different color card base – reflecting & highlighting the main ‘theme’ color. Again, these two cards are from the same panel of Thoughtful Journey DSP!

Stampin' Up! Thoughtful Journey in Misty Moonlight

Each of the triple panels are 1 x 4 layered on card stock 3 1/4 x 4 1/8. Another layer of Thoughtful Journey DSP (4 x 5 14) was added to the card base (4 1/4 x 11 scored at 5 1/2). The triple panel was attached to the card base with dimensionals. Each has a coordinating ribbon: 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon in Petunia Pop & 1/4″ Misty Moonlight Ribbon. Both also have Charming Shimmer Faceted Dots on appropriate cards: Berry Burst & Night of Navy. The sentiments are from The Right Words stamp set: Petunia Pop ink die cut with Traditional Labels Dies & Misty Moonlight ink, fussy cut. The sentiments were added with dimensionals over the ribbon.

Stampin' Up! Triple Panel card in Petunia Pop, inside
Stampin' Up! Triple Panel card in Misty Moonlight, inside

A strip of Thoughtful Journey was added to each inside panel, one is 1/2″, the other 5/8″. Again, sentiments are in Petunia Pop ink & Misty Moonlight ink using The Right Words stamp set.

What is so interesting about these two cards, is how totally different they are, yet the same design from the same 6×6 piece of Designer Series Paper. Stampin’ Up! just makes it so easy! Love, love.

Stampin’ Up! Floral Charm Notepad Holder

Hello from my craft room in New Jersey. Yesterday I was creating a notepad holder for my purse. It’s a notepad I purchased some time ago and I like to dress things up a bit when I carry them with me, so no simple ‘just a notepad’ kind of gal 😀 I could give you measurements, but this is not a standard notepad to purchase from a store like Staples; this is a notepad I had on hand. I got my inspiration by looking at several notepads on Pinterest and then settled on one from The Paper Pixie, and made adjustments for this particular notepad.

Stampin' Up! Floral Charm Mini Notepad

This just turned out so much better than I thought it would that I’m extra pleased. I began using the backing from our Stampin’ Up! DSP papers – you know, the ones that tell you what the DSP is. They are white and fairly sturdy, not too bulky. I wanted something more than just card stock since I would have it in my handbag. Once I cut it down to the size I needed, I added the Floral Charm DSP, then scored and burnished. Additional supplies used were: the new Creative Haven Dies (Nov. ONLINE EXCLUSIVE), Round We Go Dies (the larger scalloped circle), Stylish Shapes Dies (the stamped circle), Notes & Totes stamp set for the sentiment and finally Charming Shimmer Faceted Dots, oh, and Blackberry Bliss ink for the sentiment on front. I also used Velcro dots and in my stash- a perfect matching pen from an ON Stage event – bonus! 😁 It even writes in purple!

Here are additional photos… the one on left shows the top decorated notepad – love this added ‘charm’! The photo on right shows the ‘holder’ for the notepad. Since I have another notepad that will fit in this holder, this makes it extra nice to replace. I made this support 3 1/2″ for added support. The width of this is the width of the notepad plus an additional 1″ on each end to secure into the inside of the notepad holder. When securing it, I found it best to add adhesive to the ends while it was wrapped around the notepad & add it in place. This way, it is in the proper place to hold the notepad. Stampin' Up! Floral Charm Notepad Holder w/ SU! pen

Here you can see the extension to hold the pen – and that in fact it really is a SU!~ pen!!! The holder for the pen is wide (1 3/4″), again for security, so it doesn’t flop but is held in place. It is approximately 1 7/8 and scored at each end 3/8″. I used a bone folder to ’round’ the area between the score lines so it would wrap easily around the pen. Each pen is a bit different in dimension, so I encourage you to know what pen you will be using so this ‘pen holder’ fits the individual pen.

I hope you enjoyed this project today. I had extra fun creating it. Thanks for stopping by. May you have a beautiful day. Make someone happy by sending them a handmade card (or project) filled with ❤️

Stampin’ Up! Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop Sketch Challenge

Welcome to our blog hop! We have a fun sketch challenge today ands I’ve chosen to work with the new November ONLINE EXCLUSIVE suite of products called Brushed with Beauty. As a demonstrator I was able to purchase this early in a pre-order and I l-o-v-e it! The colors are really ‘up my alley’ so to speak. Yesterday I shared several links to cards I made with this suite of products. You can see that post here

And … today is hubby & my anniversary… of several/ many years. I am so blessed and thankful. So, today’s card is in celebration of that. ❤️

Stampin' Up! Brushed with Beauty card front

I started with a Very Vanilla card base and adhered this striped pattern (it’s the ‘b’side to the floral paper showing) directly to the base. I then cut a smaller piece of the same DSP (the ‘a’side) and adhered it to Very Vanilla just slightly larger. This was added to the front with dimensionals. Next I stamped the larger floral outline stamp in Calypso Coral on a scrap of Very Vanilla and colored it with Stampin’ Blends Bronze & Ivory. I die cut this and the detail die (this one is from the Vellum in the suite of products) and attached the two together with a glue dot in the center of the flower. I attached a Pearls of Beauty embellishment to the flower center in Calypso Coral and added it to the card front with liquid adhesive. I die cut two elements from the Words of Beauty Dies: the background layer in very Vanilla and the detail of the word in Petal Pink that had an adhesive sheet attached to it. After die cutting I put them together & added them to the card front with mini dimensionals. I added two more of the Pearls of Beauty in Calypso Coral.

Stampin' Up! Brushed with Beauty products, inside card

For the inside… I was playing around with color for the flower… stamped the outline stamp on a Very Vanilla scrap in Calypso Coral but colored this one with Stampin’ Blends 1000 & 500. The 1000 is the pinkish color and the 500 is the soft shade of brown. After die cutting the flower & adhering it to a Very Vanilla insert, I added a single Pearls of Beauty embellishment in the Crumb Cake kind of color. The top sentiment is stamped in Early Espresso using the Words of Beauty stamp set. The lower sentiment is stamped in Petal Pink ink using the Sweetly Scripted stamp set.

Stampin' Up! 11/06 hop Brushed with Beauty card & envelope

Keeping this envelope really simple… another panel of the Brushed with Beauty DSP showcasing a Petal Pink coloring, was added to the flap and trimmed to fit. You can purchase these products from my online store – see the link below!
