Stampin’ Up! Christmas Banners Dies & Mistletoe Magic

I have a clean & simple card for you today using the Christmas Banners Dies & Mistletoe Magic stamp stamp set. It begins with a Basic White panel that I placed on my Scoring Tool and scored from the 3/4″ mark to the 1 3/4″. When using the Scoring Tool, you are leaving an indentation. So if the idea is to have the area raised, which I did, once finished scoring, simply turn the panel over and there it is! I have seen several cards with scoring similar to this on Pinterest and simply HAD to give it a try. There has been no name so I can’t give credit. Here is my completed card.

Stampin' Up! Christmas Banners Dies & Mistletoe Magic.1

Can you see the scored lines? Fun, right?! After scoring, I pulled out the Christmas Banners Dies and Garden Green card stock and die cut two pine fronds. I then got Real Red and Early Espresso and die cut a stem with berries. I’m not sure sure you can see it very well, but I added the berries to the stem and slipped it between the two pine fronds, adhering all three together with liquid glue, then to the card front. I think you can see the red berries peeking through in the photo above :O) I made a bow with the 3/8″ Real Red Ribbon from the Combo Pack, then folded over a length to add more ‘tails’ to the bow. These I adhered with glue dots to the pine bundle. I then stamped the Merry Christmas with Memento ink. I know, this seems out of sequence, but I wanted the placement of the sentiment in the right spot. The sentiment comes from Mistletoe Magic stamp set and it’s lengthy. I taped one word, inked, removed the tape and stamped – the Merry first, then followed the same procedure with the word Christmas. I added three dots of Pearlized Enamel Effects in Real Red and set the card aside to dry.

Stampin' Up! Mistletoe Magic.2

I stamped this beautiful mistletoe image from Mistletoe Magic in Memento ink on a Basic White panel, then colored it, first with Cherry Cobbler Blends for the berries, then Garden Green reinker & a Water Painter for the leaves. I put just one drop of reinker in the lid of a Garden Green ink pad, then one drop of water to the reinker drop, then pained the color to the paper. Because this is not watercolor paper or Shimmer paper, it’s important not to add water to the paper itself, just the ink color. And it works well that way. I adhered this to the inside of Thick Basic White card base, then added the card front to the front of this same Thick Basic White. I did have to be careful as the little Pearlized Enamel Effects were not quite dry. I usually let them dry for a good hour or two.

Stampin' Up! Christmas Banners Dies & Mistletoe Magic.3

I kept the envelope very simple by stamping the image from Mistletoe Magic stamp set in Memento ink to both the envelope front & the flap as well, but chose not to color it.It lets the card be the focus :O) I also did some scoring with the Scoring Tool on the envelope flap. It’s hard to see in the photo but it’s on the left end. I love how this turned out and I’m thinking how to use the scoring as an effect on future cards.

Stampin’ Up! Alphabest Bundle, Hello

Good Monday Morning. It’s start of a new week so fresh ideas, fresh thoughts, fresh everything. Shall we? My card today begins with the Abigail Rose 12 x 12 DSP, colored with Stampin’ Blends, then layered on Early Espresso card stock.

Stampin' UP! Alphabest Bundle, Hello

This particular sheet of Abigail Rose DSP is absolutely stunning – and I chose to color it with Stampin’ Blends: far right is Pale Papaya, center is Cajun Craze, and to the left is Pumpkin Pie – variations on the orange family. You COULD color all the flowers or… you could choose not to color any. This is what i did. The strips are adhered to Early Espresso then wrapped with Open Weave Ribbon in Pale Papaya, then adhered to Pale Papaya card stock. When deciding what to do for a sentiment, I brought out the Best Label Punch that punches the letters perfectly, and the coordinating Alphabest stamp set. The letters are stamped in Early Espresso ink before punching them from the Basic White card stock. Each was adhered with dimensionals over the ribbon. Dimensionals were added to the back of the Pale Papaya panel and adhered to Crumb Cake card base – and the card front was done.

Stampin' Up! Alphabest Bundle, Hello.2

For the inside, I wanted it really simple for a special note: Basic White panel adhered to Pale Papaya, then a 1/2″ strip of a different Abigail Rose 12 x 12 DSP across the bottom. This was added to the inside of the Crumb Cake card base & voila – our card is complete!

Stampin' UP! Alphabest Bundle, Hello.3

For the envelope, more of the original pattern of Abigail Rose DSP for the flap, trimmed to fit, then a 1/2″ strip adhered to the bottom of the envelope front. Now if I choose, I can go back and add a sentiment to the inside when I need a special something or write a lengthy note. I love having cards available.

Stampin’ Up! Birthday Fun Fold w/ Framed Florets Bundle

Good Saturday morning.I’ve created a fun fold birthday card for you today using the new Framed Florets Bundle. The card cuts will be listed as I go along and then again at the bottom of this post so you too, can create this fun fold.

Stampin' Up! Framed Florets Bundle & Fun Fold.1

Isn’t this paper (DSP) just beautiful? I guess it’s a bit tricky to see much of it here :0] You’ll have to take my word for it – unless of course you decide you want to get it now… in which case, keep reading and I’ll tell you how you can. For now, a couple more photos to see this card and how it stands to really it off.

Stampin' Up! Framed Florets Bundle Fun Fold.2
Stampin' Up! Framed Florets Bundle Fun Fold.3

The photo to the left shows more of this particular DSP (Fitting Florets 12 x 12 DSP) and the above photo shows how this stands to show off the fun fold.

This is a two part card: the card base and the fun fold adhered together. The card base is Night of Navy 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and has a single strip of Fitting Florets DSP adhered to either side (3/4 x 5 1/4). The fun fold portion is also Night of Navy 8 x 5 1/2 scored on the long side at 1 1/2, 2 3/4, 5 1/4 and 6 1/2. Burnish the folds: mountain, valley, valley, mountain. Add Fitting Florets DSP to each valley fold and the far right mountain fold in this order: 1 x 5 1/4, 1 x 5 1/4 and finally 1 1/4 x 5 1/4. See photo as a guide. The center message panel is Basic White 2 1/4 x 5 1/4.

The front panel is Night of Navy 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 and is adhered to the far left section of the fun fold, but centered when the card is closed – see 1st photo! Adhered to that is Balmy Blue 3 1/4 x 5 1/4. Adhered to that is the Basic White decorated panel. Stamp & decorate prior to adhering it!

To decorate this panel: Stamp the sentiment from Framed Florets stamp set in Night of Navy ink at the upper portion of the Basic White front panel; Stamp the leaf spray , also from Framed Florets stamp set, in Memento Black ink and color with Light Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends. Stamp the floral bouquet from Framed Florets stamp set on a separate panel of Basic White, color with Stampin’ Blends: Polished Pink (both Light & Dark Blends), Soft Succulent (both Light & Dark), & Petal Pink; die cut with Framed Florets Dies. Add dimensionals to back and adhere to panel front. Create this beautiful bow with Silver-Threaded Twine that has been separated. Adhere bow with a glue dot. Add three Gold Adhesive-Backed Swirls. Now add this completed panel to the front and your fun fold is done. :O) Because I was playing with the stamp set and it’s coordinating dies, I stamped the very cute berry spray from Framed Florets stamp set and colored with Polished Pink Blends then added it to the inner Basic White panel with liquid glue.

Stampin' Up! Framed Florets Bundle Fun Fold.4

For the envelope I added more of the same pattern from the Fitting Florets DSP pack to the flap, trimmed to fit. I then then stamped this sweet flower from the Framed Florets stamp set in Memento Black ink on the envelope front & colored it with Polished Pink Stampin’ Blends. Just as a reminder, when using Stampin’ Blends on an envelope, slip a heavy card stock in the envelope so the alcohol ink color does not go through to the other side of the envelope :O)

Such a beautiful Suite of products – this Framed Florets. It includes two stamp sets (one of which is Christmas sentiments) and this one with floral & leaf patterns + various sentiments, coordinating Framed Florets Dies, the Fitting Florets DSP and the Gold Adhesive-Backed Swirls. All of these are available to demonstrators now – and will be available to customers 1 Nov – Dec 31. After that point, only the Framed Florets, & coordinating Framed Florets Dies will be available in the Jan-Jun 2023 Mini Catalog. For other cards I have made with this bundle/ suite of products, see here & here.

Stampin’ Up! Fun Fold with New Framed Florets Bundle

WooHoo – it’s Friday – time for a fun fold AND the weekend :O) I’m using the all new Framed Florets Bundle, Fitting Florets DSP and the Gold Adhesive-Backed Swirls. The papers in this DSP pack are beautiful – as you can see. They will be available to customers Nov 1 – Dec 31 or while supplies last. They are available to demonstrators now, so if you think you might want to join my team, think it through and give me abuzz – let’s talk. This could be part of your joining order :O) But – on to the card.

Stampin' Up! Framed Florets Fun Fold

I saw a card by Lynn Dunn and adapted it to use this wonderful new bundle. The Night of Navy card base is a standard 4 1/4 x 5 1/2, adhered with one of the patterns in the Fitting Florets DSP. I then took another piece of Night of Navy, scored in thirds and adhered it in the center so the card would open to the left. You could have it open the other direction, but I didn’t. I adhered another pattern of the Fitting Florets DSP to the front of the fold and decorated that: the wonderful leaf spray is die cut from Evening Evergreen card stock using the Framed Florets Dies. The flower bouquet was stamped in Memento ink on a Basic White piece using the Framed Florets stamp set. I colored it with Stampin’ Blends: Balmy Blue, Light Night of Navy, Soft Succulent and Light Evening Evergreen. This was die cut with the appropriate die from the Framed Florets Dies. I stamped the sentiment in Evening Evergreen ink on another Basic White piece and fussy cut it.To put the front together… Vellum from the Lovely Layers Vellum Pack adhered with just a bit of Stampin’ Seal (where the flower spray will go – so it doesn’t show), then the leaf spray adhered with dabs of liquid glue; the flower spray has dimensionals on back and is adhered over the leaf spray; the sentiment also has dimensionals and is placed beneath the floral spray. I added the three Adhesive-Backed Swirls to complete the front.

Stampin' Up! Framed Florets Fun Fold

Open the card… decorate the center panel with another piece of the Fitting Florets DSP. The sentiment panel simply has a sweet leaf spray stamped in Soft Succulent – and comes from the Framed Florets stamp set. And the card is done!

Stampin' Up! Framed Florets Fun Fold.3

The envelope has more of the Fitting Florets DSP adhered to the flap and trimmed to fit. The envelope front has the same beautiful leaf spray that is on the card in Soft Succulent ink. And that’s it – simple enough already 😏

Stampin’ Up! Sweet Candy Canes for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! We have a sketch challenge for you today that lends itself to a realm of ideas.

Stampin' Up! Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop
Stampin' Up! Hop sketch challenge

And here’s my card for this week. It uses the Sweet Candy Canes stamp set & Candy Canes Dies + Sweetest Christmas 12 x 12 DSP as primary elements for the card.

This card began with the wonderful diagonal die cut from Candy Canes Dies, die cut from Basic White. I love this die!!! I then die cut the candy canes from the Sweetest Christmas DSP; stamped the sentiment in Sweet Sorbet ink on a Basic White scrap & die cut it; stamped the leaf bunch several times in Garden Green ink on another Basic White scrap and die cut- all using the Sweet Candy Canes Bundle. I cut a length of the Real Red Ribbon from the Ribbon Combo Pack and slipped it through the sentiment banner, adhering on the back with glue dots. I adhered the diagonal die cut to a panel of Sweetest Christmas DSP with dabs of liquid glue around the edges. I added the candy canes with liquid glue just on the end where I would eventually place the sentiment banner & dimensionals (a couple of them under the ‘hook’ of each candy cane.) I wrapped the Baker’s Twine around three fingers, twisted it and added it to the back of the sentiment banner, adhering with Stampin’ Seal on the backside of the banner. The twine is from the 2022-2024 In Color Baker’s Twine Pack in Sweet Sorbert. The banner was adhered with several dimensionals to give it stability. A couple of the stamped leaf branches were added with liquid glue.

Stampin' Up! Sweet Candy Canes bundle

For the inside I adhered one of the die cut candy canes from Sweetest Christmas 12 x 12 DSP to the top of a Basic White panel, then stamped the sentiment from Sweet Candy Canes stamp set in Sweet Sorbet ink. The die cut candy cane used the Candy Canes Dies. I stamped the sentiment from Sweet Candy Canes stamp set in Sweet Sorbet ink near the candy cane. I adhered this Basic White panel to a piece of the Sweetest Christmas DSP – same as the card front – then into the Garden Green card base. I added two of the Sweet Sorbet Adhesive-Backed Seasonal Sequins to either side of the stamped sentiment.

Stampin' Up! Sweet Candy Canes bundle for the Thu hop.10/13.3

For the envelope: more of the same Sweetest Christmas DSP on the flap and the sentiment on front is from Sweet Candy Canes stamp set stamped in Sweet Sorbet ink – going around the corner :O)

Stampin’ Up! Perched In A Tree Support

Good morning, good morning. I’ve an encouragement card for you today. A friend of mine has had some health issues for a bit & just needs a ‘pick-me-up’, so I send cards every now & then to let her know she’s in my prayers and not forgotten in her pain. I’ve used Perched In A Tree stamp set with it’s coordinating Aspen Tree Dies – one of my favs.

Stampin' Up! Perched in a Tree.1

I’ve tried coloring this sweet bird similar to a chickadee – not sure that worked so that’s why I’m telling you :O). I used Watercolor Pencils after stamping with Memento ink on a Basic White scrap: Basic Black, Basic Gray, Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral , Whisper White and then blended with a Blender Pen to smooth the lines. It was then die cut with the appropriate die from the Aspen Trees Dies. My next step was to die cut several of these gorgeous leaves from the Aspen Trees Dies: Brushed Metallic paper & Copper Foil Sheets. I used a circle on my desk die cut for another project to create the sun/ moon. I used a Blending Brush with So Saffron ink then Mango Melody ink around the edges. It isn’t real bright cuz it’s on Gray Granite card stock. I used another Blending Brush to add some Balmy Blue ink all over, making it look like sky. It’s very subtle, but definitely there in person. I stamped the tree branch in Soft Suede ink and the sentiment in Memento ink – both from the Perched in a Tree stamp set. The bird was adhered over the branch with dimensionals, then the leaves added with liquid glue. The center leaf is adhered with liquid glue at the stem and a dimensional on its leaf tip for more depth. This panel was added to a Basic Gray card base.

Stampin' Up! Perched in a Tree. Support.2

For the inside I stamped the sentiment in Balmy Blue ink using Perched In A Tree stamp set, then used a Blending Brush to add a frame of color to the Basic White panel. I included the large die cut leaf from the Aspen Trees Dies with liquid glue. This leaf was die cut from Copper Foil Sheets. The panel was added to the inside of the Basic Gray card base.

Stampin' Up! Perched in a Tree. Support.3

For the envelope, stamp the branch again with Soft Suede ink on the front. Add a strip of Basic Gray that has been run through the Timber 3D embossing folder to the flap, trim to fit. This could so easily be a masculine card, and I don’t have many of those. However, as I mentioned earlier, this for a woman friend this time.

Stampin’ Up! Quatrefoil Tile Grateful

Hello Tuesday! We have another hop for you today… Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop Group. The theme is Giving Thanks with our own interpretation and you will see a wide variety of ideas from that.

Interesting… when I see this photo it looks as though the package is raised. It is NOT! It is the Quatrefoil Tile panel that is raised and the package is inset. How about that! There it is.. a conundrum of a photo… I;ll explain how I created this at least.

Stampin' Up! Quatrefoil Tile, Grateful.1

I took a Basic White panel and with the Stylish Shapes Die, cut the square. I then ran it through the Quatrefoil 3D Embossing Folder. To add color to the folder, I used the Balmy Blue ink pad and gently ‘pulled’ it over the embossed panel. It adds just a bit of color when done properly and I like the look! I die cut another square with the Stylish Shapes Dies from Subtles 6×6 DSP in Pool Party. Both the Basic White embossed panel and the Pool Party square were set aside. to stamp & die cut the bow. This uses the Country Wreaths Dies – but first a stamping of the ‘blotch’ in the Perched in a Tree stamp set with Pool Party ink on a Basic White scrap, then die cut the bow with the Country Wreaths Dies. I put dimesnionals on the upper portion of the bow & the bow center & adhered it to the Quatrefoil panel. I put lots of dimensionals on the back of the Quatrefoil panel and adhered it to a Pool Party card base. I added liquid glue to the Subtles square and slipped it in the opening. The sentiment was stamped in Balmy Blue ink on a Basic White strip using the Cottage Wreaths stamp set, then die cut with the appropriate banner in the Stylish Shapes dies. And the card front was done :O)

Stampin' Up! Quatrefoil Tile, Grateful.2

For the inside, I stamped the sentiment in Balmy Blue ink using the Country Wreaths stamp set, then used the ‘dot blotch’ and Balmy Blue ink to add the dots from Perched in a Tree stamp set. I did this just cuz. It seemed to need something and this is what I did. The Basic White panel was added to the inside of card base and voila – the card was done.

Stampin' Up! Quatrefoil Tile, Grateful.3

For the envelope, I cut a strip of Balmy Blue card stock and ran it through the Quatrefoil Tile embossing folder, then used the Balmy Blue ink pad to add more color: lightly sliding it over the embossed piece. I added this to the envelope flap and trimmed it to fit. With a bit of the same Balmy Blue embossed panel left, I cut it 1/2″ and added it to the bottom of the envelope. This could so easily be a baby card, a gift card, a birthday card – you name it. I’m using it to send a monetary gift to a favorite someone wanting to purchase a mandolin. Fun, huh?! I think they will love the card & the gift!

Stampin’ Up! Fitting Florets Suite for Christmas +

In yesterday’s post I mentioned a SU! box was arriving with some new products – and I’m here to share that with you and a card I made using the products and one or two others. Here’s the card…

Stampin' Up! Fitting Florets Suite.Christmas.1

Just look at that gorgeous framed oval – love! And the gold foil spray & die cut Evening Evergreen leaves – and don’t forget the Fitting Florets DSP! Oh goodness… I began by coloring the berries of the Fitting Florets DSP with my Light Real Red Stampin’ Blends. They were white and I wanted this to be full of color and – well, that’s what I did. This was mounted on a panel of Soft Succulent card stock and added to the same color card base with dimensionals. I added a strip of Real Red card stock for more color, right across the middle. I then did all these die cuts using the Framed Florets Dies: from Gold Foil Sheets, the spray and a couple of leaves; from Evening Evergreen card stock, more small leaves and this stunning oval frame. Before die cutting the Evening Evergreen frame I added Foam Adhesive Sheets to the back so it would be evenly raised. See photos

Stampin' Up! Framed Florets Dies.1
Stampin' Up! Framed Florets Dies.2

I stamped the sentiment from Framed & Festive stamp set in Evening Evergreen ink on a Basic White piece and die cut this with the same oval to create the center portion for the sentiment. Once stamped I adhered this with liquid glue to the center of the frame, then the Evening Evergreen frame to the center of the card. I added most of the die cut pieces with liquid glue to further enhance the frame. Then I tied a bow using the Open Weave Ribbon in Soft Succulent. I then clipped down the middle of each bow & strands to make this fluffy gorgeous bow. This was adhered with glue dots. The final touch was the stunning Gold Adhesive-Backed Swirls that are part of the Fitting Florets Suite of products.

Stampin' Up! Gold Adhesive-Backed Swirls

For the inside I used one of the dies from the Framed Florets Dies that coordinates with one of the flowers in the Fitting Florets DSP to die cut a flower and added it to the bottom of a Basic White panel. I stamped the sentiment from Framed & Festive stamp set (part of the suite!) in Evening Evergreen ink, adhered the panel to the inside of the card base & done!

For the envelope, I colored another piece of the same Fitting Florets DSP with Light Real Red Stampin’ Blends and added it to the flap, and trimmed to fit. For the front of the envelope I stamped the sentiment from Framed & Festive stamp set in Evening Evergreen ink.

Stampin' Up! Fitting Florets suite of products

I love the way this turned out as it really shows off some of the die cuts and this stunning frame. Let me share more of the suite of products with you.

Stampin’ Up! Trimming the Tree in Layers

Good Friday morning! What’s on your calendar today? Or for the weekend? After several days of heavy rain, we are in the sunshine again – and fall is in the air. Which means Christmas is not far away. So what do I have for you today? That’s right, a Christmas card. Card class was yesterday and we had a good time. I’ve taken a layout that I’ve seen online and changed the colors, but definitely the layout is pretty much the same.

Stampin' Up! Trimming the Tree w/ layers.1

This DSP comes from Painted Christmas and I chose Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent as my colors of choice. You can see a bit of silver heat embossing for garland. The stamp set is called Trimming the Tree. I’ve also used the Very Best Trio Punch to full advantage (wait til you see the inside :O).

The card base is Basic White Thick card stock. I’ve adhered together three layers: Evening Evergreen, Painted Christmas DSP and a smaller Basic White panel. These were wrapped with Open Weave Ribbon in Evening Evergreen and attached in back with Stampin’ Seal. These three layers were added to the card front.I then took another Basic White piece and with the Very Best Trio Punch – made the fancy edges. The sentiment is stamped in Evening Evergreen ink and comes from Trimming the Tree stamp set. The tree is stamped first in Soft Succulent ink, then the detail of the tree was stamped in Evening Evergreen ink. I rubbed the surface with the Embossing Buddy – so glad we have that item again! – used the garland stamp in Trimming the Tree and VersaMark ink to stamp the garland. This was sprinkled with Silver Embossing powder and heat set with the Heat Tool. I added five Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels for extra charm. The top is a star die cut from Silver foil with the coordinating dies available during Sale-a-bration. With this panel complete, I adhered it to a larger piece of Evening Evergreen, put dimensionals on the back and attached it over the ribbon. To create the bow, I took a length of the Open Weave Ribbon in Evening Evergreen (about 10″) and cut it down the middle, slipped it under the wrapped ribbon and tied a bow. Love.

Stampi8n' Up! Trimming the Tree in layers.2

For the inside – similar layers… but let’s begin with the sentiment panel. This Basic White piece was stamped in VersaMark and sprinkled with Silver Embossing Powder,(yep – the sentiment is from Trimming the Tree!) then die cut with this very fun die. This was adhered to an Evening Evergreen piece to set it off. I again used the Very Best Trio Punch to create the fun edges on the Basic White panel, adhered that to Evening Evergreen and attached it to the inside of the card. Done… :O) Fun card, right? And, you could use different DSP panels and change the color of the tree: Garden Green, Shaded Spruce, your choice – to create several of these. What do you think?

Before I give all the ordering info for this card, I want to share some super specials – both by Stampin’ Up! and the double Star-Studded Rewards from me (last day today for double rewards from me!)

Stampin’ Up! Soft Seedlings for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Hello & welcome to the Inkin’ Krew Thursday blog Hop! You may have popped in from visiting Tara, or you may have simply jumped in right here. However you arrived, welcome! The theme for today’s hop is Thankful and gosh, there are so many ways to show this. It’s beginning to feel a bit like fall here on the east coast and I have chosen to use the Soft Seedlings stamp set and some Pool Party ink with Water painters to create my card today. To me it reminds me of a bird bath with leaves floating in the water :O)

And here’s my card…

Stampin' Up! Soft Seedlings Grateful. hop 10/6

My background is Shimmery card stock, stamped with the Soft Seedlings large leaf stamp, then sort of water colored w/ Pool Party and a Water Painter. Let me tell you first about the stamping… ink the stamp with Mango Melody then with Early Espresso ink and a Blending Brush or a dauber, add color to various edges of the leaf, stem or the “whirly-gigs”, then stamp on the Shimmery card stock. Clean stamp and repeat the process, making it different each time, either more of the Mango Melody or more of the Early Espresso ink. Do this stamping randomly on the Shimmery paper until it is mostly covered. With Pool Party ink and a Water Painter, color in the empty white spaces. Notice it isn’t the same all over, it has depths of shade. Once you have covered with Pool Party to your liking and that ink is dry, spritz gently with water creating water spots – like rain drops. Once that is dry, use the Early Espresso marker to ‘flick’ spots in various places. Allow to dry, then add to a Mango Melody panel. Put dimensionals on the back and add to a Pool Party card base. This ‘happens to be’ a card base from Sale-a-bration – free with a qualified purchase – now since retired. BUT… you could EASILY use a Pool Party card base to make this work just as well!

For the sentiment, I used stamps from the Soft Seedlings stamp set, inked in Early Espresso and stamped on a Basic White strip. The end is ‘bannered’ with the Banners Pick A Punch. I used the same punch to create a bannered end to a strip of Mango Melody, adhered them together and attached with dimensionals to the card front. I stamped another “whirly-gig” using the same process: Mango Melody ink, then adding Early Espresso with a Blending Brush. I fussy cut this piece and added it to the sentiment strip with liquid adhesive. The final touch was the Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots. Love these!

Stampin' Up! Soft Seedlings 'whirly gigs'

For the inside of the card I simply added some narrow strips of Mango Melody and the Shimmery White decorated piece I had cut down the original panel. I wanted lots of room for expressing my gratitude :O)
