Hearts are IN! And todays card is made with new Always in My Heart Bundle and the Floral Heart Dies. Amy’s Inkin Krew Blog Hop is today with a LOVE theme. I think this fits!

My card begins with a Flirty Flamingo card base 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2. To that I added a layer of True Love DSP 3 1/4 x 4 1/2 with liquid glue. Then came the fun part… using the Blending Brushes I first applied Petal Pink ink all over the card. Then I added Flirty Flamingo over that with the same blending tool. I had on my desk this gorgeous heart die cut from a card a couple of days ago, and cut from a different pattern of True Love DSP. I had used the Floral Heart Dies for the die cut. I adhered this to the blended panel with glue dots. Also on my desk was the center of that same die cut, but cut from Fine Art Floral DSP – and I used just the center – the heart itself. This heart got dimensionals and was added to the center of the black/ white die cut. I stamped the sentiment from Always in My Heart stamp set in Memento Black ink on a Basic White piece. I die cut this wonderful banner die from the Floral Heart dies. I put dimensionals on the ends and adhered it over the heart. To the banner I added two of the new Matte Black Dots and the front was nearly done. This completed panel was adhered to Basic Black card stock cut to 4 1/8 x 4 1/4 with liquid glue. Dimensionals were put on the back and added to the card front and it was done.

The inside of the card…

On a Basic White panel 4 x 5 1/4 I stamped the sentiment in Memento Black ink. The sentiment comes from the Always in My Heart stamp set. Using the same stamp set I pulled out the sweet flower and stamped it in Memento Black ink. I colored it with Flirty Flamingo Stampin Blends. This Basic White panel was adhered to the inside of the card and the card was complete!

The envelope…

Using the same True Love DSP as on the supporting panel of the card front, I adhered that to the envelope flap and trimmed to fit, I then stamped the same sweet flower that is on the inside of the card, in Memento Black ink – no coloring this time. I did add the adorable hearts just above the flower, stamped in Petal Pink ink. These hearts come from the same Always in My Heart bundle – yay! Finis…
