Daisy Lane, …..Perennial Essence DSP

The card: the base is thick Whisper White: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4; next layer is also thick Whisper White cut at 4 x 5 1/4. The two diagonal pieces are Perennial Essence DSP cut at 7/8″, layered on a strip of Gorgeous Grape. The string is not a SU! Product (shame on me!) but coordinates so well I just had to use it. The strings were adhered on the back with snail then taped over it once they were as I wanted them. On my desk and having laid around for a while :o) were these two stunning daisies from the Daisy Lane stamp set, stamped in Highland Heather and punched with their coordinating punches. The embellishment (faceted gems  for the daisy was colored with Melon Mango stampin blends.

The butterflies come from the Beauty Abounds stamp set. They were stamped in Memento black and colored with SU! Blends: Dark Purple ePosy, Light Rich Razzleberry and Dark Mango Melody. This whole front was adhered to the thick Whisper White card base with lots of dimensionals.

The envelope uses more of the Perennial Essence card stock for the flap and more stamps from Beauty Abounds. The “blobs” are supposed to be nectar from the flowers that the butterfly is going after :o) and was stamped with So Saffron. The butterfly was again colored in using Mango Melody.

Thanks for stopping by. May you enjoy the day wherever you are. Create. Inspire. Share.
