Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home & Honeybee Home Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

May be an image of text that says 'Happy Inkin Thursday Blog Hop January 6-Sketch Challenge'

Oh I DO have fun participating in this weekly hop with other team mates! My card today is based on the sketch as you see it on the left. I’ve used the lovely Heart & Home DSP to ground it all together. For extra texture I’ve used the Hive 3D Embossing Folder. And for the sentiment and bee I’ve used the Honeybee Home stamp set with coordinating Honeybee Blooms Dies. For the sentiment banner I used another new product from the Jan-Jun 2022 Mini Catalog called Bouquet of Love Dies. LOVE this banner! For a bit of glam I added the Champagne Rhinestones to the banner.

Honeybee Home w/ Heart & Home DSP

This card is pretty easy… Heart & Home 12 x 12 DSP adhered to Pale Papaya then to the card base of Basic Gray. Run a panel of Cinnamon Cider through the Hive 3D EF and adhere to a slightly larger piece of Pale Papaya. Add to the card front with dimensionals. Stamp the sentiment using the Honeybee Home stamp set and Basic Gray ink on a piece of Pale Papaya, then die cut with the banner die from the Bouquet of Love Dies. Add to a piece of Basic Gray then adhere, centering, with dimensionals. Stamp the super cute bee in Basic Gray ink using the Honeybee Home stamp set and die cut with the coordinating Honeybee Blooms Dies. Attach with dimensionals and the card front is complete.

Honeybee Home, inside

For the inside… I used the Honeybee Home stamp set to stamp the flower randomly on a Very Vanilla panel in Basic Gray ink. This was adhered to Pale Papaya then to the inside of card base and voila…

Honeybee Home w/ Heart & Home DSP

For the Very Vanilla envelope, more of the same Heart & Home 12 x 12 DSP to the flap and the same flower was stamped in Basic Gray on the envelope front, twice. The thing about this card is it could be used as a thank you, a happy birthday, a thinking of you, just about anything ~ because the front of the sentiment is so general; friendly but general. Versatility is key!

OK… I reminded you the catalog is now live – products are listed below so feel free to order away :O) If you do not have a demonstrator and need an Annual Catalog please reach out to me – happy to send one to you.
